  1. May I add that the CAR 2007 report on Internet vs. Traditional Buyers survey indicated that only 12% of “traditional” buyers searched papers / magazines for homes for sale… and interestingly “internet” buyers represented 13% for print a full 1% higher than traditional buyers.
