In a tough (buyer’s) market…

…wouldn’t it be smart to focus on buyers instead of sellers?   Especially since finding buyers on the internet is soooo much easier than finding sellers.  

(Tip: throw a few google blog searches into your feed reader and buyers will let you know when they are moving to your area…)

  1. I think in generally its always a better deal to go after buyers. Once a buyer uses an agent, they understand the value of the work an agent does. When selling time comes, they’ll go the agent route.
