Jeff gave me a demo of an earlier incarnation and I was quite impressed. He’s obsessed with bringing more transparency to the mortgage process… and if he’s successful, it should be a win-win-win for consumers, participating professionals and himself.
This is something that is long overdue. Consumers and all those involved in real estate will benefit from the transparency of the process. Customers need to understand what they are getting involved with and it will definitely help those mortgage professionals who disclose now and compete against those that don’t.
